Share: Twitter doesn't work b/c post is too long #408

If a user shares via twitter, they are asked to shorten the message b/c our 
URL has too many characters (on top of the message).  Our URL should be 
shorter, so that we can post that and the title.

AddThis is supposed to automatically shorten URLs for Twitter, but it's not 
working
in their current release.  I'll monitor their progress on it, and we can add 
back in
once they've fixed.  I'll also look into a workaround on our end.

A bug in the JS was causing this, which is fixed.  Shortening now works 
properly, so
we're back to twitter.  Fixed in r840
