Replace Forms with Emails

All of the contact links throughout the site point to Google Forms. We need
to replace these with @allforgood.org email distribution lists now that we
have AFYD set up.

I'm working with Karen and Ginny on figuring out what lists we need and
will replace them in the copy.

please reconsider this: email is *much* more expensive to handle operationally,
and doesn't give us much chance to collect valuable information in the process.
It's trivial to have the form turn into an email on the backend.

This is an esp. risky proposition given the handover to OGW, which may or may
not have trained staff anytime soon.
