Feed Request: Hands on network issues #415

Filing this so we remember to investigate...

As of this morning, we had to stop displaying around 16K of Hands On 
Network feeds b/c they either didn't give us a URL or we weren't parsing it 
correctly.

They emailed us about not seeing any results now, except for 1-800.  
Apparently they have now given us 22K results....

I really think it might have to do with <![CDATA[ tag in detailed URL, b/c 
1-800 results don't have that tag and it's serving...

found the bug, indeed it's with CDATA.  I have a fix, which I'm testing now... 
by 
reprocessing all the feeds and diff'ing the output to make sure I didn't break 
anything.  Meanwhile, the Hands On feed seems to be cured, so I uploaded just 
that one 
to make the fire go away.

URL bug is fixed and in production, but the bad snippets are still there, 
filing a 
separate bug for this.

fixed in r859.
