AFG gadget thumbnail/screenshot images are the wrong dimensions

this causes ugly stretching in gmail, and clipping in igoogle.

is 223x46 -- should be 120x60

is 279x398 -- should be 280px wide (any amount high-- 398 is fine)

this is urgent because:
 - these images get indexed, e.g. by the igoogle directory
 - these images are getting into documentation e.g. screenshots
 - I'm demo'ing the gadget tomorrow (sat) !

Thumbnail - 120x60
Theme - 280px wide
