marketing: create partners page (under /about) with logos for all our partners

imho we should break down partners by type:
 - listings providers (major vs. smaller, so as not to crowd out
      the major ones-- for now, pick a breakpoint-- later, do it
      by aggregated listing quality)
 - app authors
 - embedders (e.g. sites embedding our gadget)
 - funders and marketing/PR support
 - core development

beyond giving back to them, this also helps partners find each other,
e.g. prospective appwriters can network with each other.

imho something *simple* and fast is better than waiting for perfection--
we can (+will) iterate this page, and by definition it's not high traffic
(linked from /about)
