Funky activity header #448

This appeared briefly on the home page late last week. The entry is still
in the DB.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should read as normally formatted opportunity title. User must have
submitted a bunch of underscore characters. In general, I think you would
want to filter for enthusiastic activity titles including **** === !!!, etc.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows XP, Firefox 3

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm not sure if it's a bug on our side, or if the provider gave us a bad 
Title....

I think you're right about the provider being the source of the bad Title. Just 
makes me wonder how prevalent bad formatting that will become. You can close 
this.

It looks like the problem here is that 1800volunteers.org's method of letting 
users
know there are no results is to display a result "____NOTICE____" that says 
there are
no results, rather than just showing a message.
