Replace "Footprint" with "All for Good" on API Page #464

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://www.allforgood.org/docs/api.html

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should read "All for Good API" instead of "Footprint API" in the first 
paragraph.
