Don't use appid on API page #465

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit http://www.allforgood.org/api/volopps?key=test

Result: 
 A page with text and links to servicefootprint.appspot.com

Expected:
 A page suggesting usage of www.allforgood.org.

I'm not even sure where it got servicefootprint--the request object contains 
the hostname which is what typically should be used.
