spreadsheets not processing more than 9 sheets... #477

sigh more scaling issues with spreadsheets-- just need to fix it.

isn't being picked up by footprint_lib.py; I added a debugging msg and
it's because it's hitting a 250 cell limit (I think).

small matter of code.
