option to exclude religious listings (or restrict-to-only) #483

various partners, publishers and/or sponsors don't want these types of
listings.

as with other database-segmenting projects, this project is:
(a) define what this class ("X") of listing is
(b) create a whitelist definitely-not-X, which becomes the "totally safe"
option
(c) create an algorithm that guesses X/not-X, which becomes the moderate
filter (along with d, below)
(d) create a blacklist which becomes the lightest filter.
