案1: マスタメンテ画面を作る

Firebase forestore の collection('features') をCRUDするページを作る。
Pros: 現在のConfigそのままで接続できる
Cons: HTMLのTableでInputを並べてもcsvからコピペとかするのはきっと面倒だと思う

案2: Google Spreadsheet からもデータを供給する

【最新版】Google SpreadSheetのデータをJSONで取得する手順
Pros: SpreadsheetのUIで編集しやすい
Cons: それ用のAPIキーが必要
Cons: 件数が増えてきたときに応答性能が心配
