use of handles #8

thomas may be switching over their url structure in the future. are you linking to handles at the moment when they exist?

Yes. Right now they only do handles for legislation, and not for their other content. tinyThom.as generates links to the handles for "bill summary and status" pages. The DB stores enough information to generate the handles, so the plan is that if they change their URL structure or add handles for other types of pages, we can update the existing links to point to the handles.
