What will you achieve by completing this goal?

Cover technical debt. Understanding the early design will help you avoid mistakes when I create new programming languages. This is my research project. It will work well for making high performance computing data pipelines together with Python and Bash.

I have finished learning Fortran. Due to my conclusion I have modified my initial goal. I have concluded that I will not use Fortran for my future projects.
