Add K-3 Support (Experimental) #3

This is the K-3 support codes I did so far.

Currently the X10_BULB, X10_CONTINOUS, X10_GREEN are not working on K-3. I haven't got any progress recently. To make them work, I believe I need do some reverse engineering work on the K-3 firmware (or maybe Flucard firmware as well), which I hope I can find anything useful, but as it's not an easy job, may take some time to dig.

In the meantime, I think we should merge my 'k3' branch to the 'master' for now. So, at least it works for K-3/K-3 II, if not using above functions.
