hi sir i have pentax k-3ii camera i try to connect to my windows 10 laptop but it Doesn't connect tell if i want install any other drivers ? thank you for your replay

No need for additional drivers.

Can you please copy the output of the following command:

pktriggercord-cli --statux_hex --debug
