Undefined offset: 0 in C:\xampp\htdocs\concerto\setup\index.php #39

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Setup does not complete. Not detecting R version. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XAMPP on windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

I've tried multiple installs and reinstalls. Finds all MySQL,PHP databases 
fine. Stops whilst checking my R version and returns:

Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in C:\xammp\htdocs\concerto\setup\index on line 97.

Installation stops there and the recommendation is to update R. 

I checked line 97 and I cannot find a problem with it. Perhaps someone with 
some more know how in regards to PHP will be able to

Concerto v3.9.2 can be installed only on Linux OS.
