Requirements towards a comittment:
An enrollment consists of one or more named inviduals that will actively contribute to the project's development. +
For each named individual a clear resource comittment in the form of many days of effort being comitted over the project's runtime is required
Need to provide some guidance on expertise types - e.g. I am comitting x days for reviewing the standard, z days for defining the language and y days for writing the documents. What needs to be defined in a proposal w.r.t. effort estimates?
