This whole site seems conceptually wrong.

• There is not clear path between ideation and proposal.
• Deliverables don't have to public.
• There isn't a clear feedback look from public to proposal. Project are started with a proposal and end. There is no defined connection to a new project. It's only implicit and we can not make it explicit here.
