Description

Inconsistent description of severity in: "Proposal rejected with major complaints" and "Proposal rejected with small complaints", The opposite of "major" is definitely not "small" and not only "complaints" may lead to a rejection but issues in general (which could also be suggestions for improvement, for example)

Suggestion

write "Rejected with major issues" and "Rejected with minor issues".
