Description

Ambiguous wording: "The approved project proposals are regarded as the work order for the new project group." In my understanding up to this point, there may be only a single project proposal for a given project even if it is going mulitple times through the TSC, only the final version will count.

Suggestion

Clarify and correct as necessary.

This is a copied passage from the handbook. I would also agree that it should be worded differently. However, Ben and I are still going through those descriptions anyway, so I will leave this issue open for now and come back to it when we are adapting this passage anyway.
