Agreed. However, this step was only described in a mindmap as an action box so far and has not been specified more precisely. For this reason, the passage is also followed by a "TODO".
Let us discuss how this is supposed to work or if this is actually not relevant at all (anymore).
Prerequisites
This is in regards to:
Subject
Text and table describe different outcomes
Section
Proposal Phase Details / Archiving
Description
The table says "To archive the Proposal before transitioning to the next phase", the text says "The Proposal is archived by the GTM if the project has been accepted or the Proposal has been rejected or dropped completely." There will be no next phase if the proposal is dropped.
Suggestion
From the flowchart in the top section of this page, I derive that the archiving takes only place after the final verdict of the TSC is available. This may be "approved", "partially approved" or "rejected". Archiving is done in all cases even if the proposal does not lead to a project and, thus, there will be no next phase. Make clear what's the difference in the outcomes and explain where you see the difference between "rejected" and "dropped completely".
