Add an additional rule for "description lists".

Example

= Terms and definitions

Slip road::

Any road at an intersection that allows to change roads without entering the intersection.

Static road network::
// tag::term_definition_static_road_network[]
Collection of connected roads enriched by static objects that do not change during runtime of a simulation.

@jmdska, I will explain in more detail what description lists are.

This rule currently is valid for terms and definitions and abbreviations.
