Define new processes overview diagram

Define new processes diagram that displays more of the actual sequence and its steps. This refers to the diagram used here: https://asam-ev.github.io/asam-project-guide/asamprojectguide/getting-started/processes-and-workflows-overview.html

In particular, the diagram

• simplifies many steps, such as the development phase
• leaves out some important steps, such as the tsc approval in development
• suggests a parallel timeline through the use of arrows
• is not formally correct (see black dot at the end)
• suggests that all phases are mandatory for every project
• does not cover all types of projects
