Design git and gitlab tutorial to Getting Started wiki

The current wiki only covers how to set up your work environment. It does not, however, provide an introduction to working with a repository-based workflow and features and functions of git.

The idea of this issue is, therefore, to create a default test repository for experimenting with a git and gitlab. This tutorial should cover

• Setting the repos origin
• Checking out the repo
• Creating a branch
• Switching branches
• Making changes
• Adding and removing files
• Working with drawio
• Working with asciidoc
• Creating a merge request
• Reviewing changes and commenting on content

A new group "Onboarding" is to be created. A first task for new project members is to create a personal project based on the template repository.

Also:

• Create group "Onboarding" and assign required default rights
• Create template from designed example for group
• Add pipeline for specific checks and updates (e.g. adding test comments after MR)
• Apply labels by default
