Create a definitions page on term "fragment" and on "artifact".

Description

The term 'fragment' is often used at ASAM in the context of pipelines and standard creation. The same is true for 'artifact'. Therefore, the terms must be defined somewhere in the Project Guide.

Suggestion

Write content on 'fragment' and 'artifact' definitions as used by ASAM
