Added some first content. Far from a final draft. But I have to start at least once to make a step. There is more to come.

Added the formerly existing content. Design and preparation of the content not yet satisfactory. Will be left alone for a while to let new ideas mature.

All of this content is great but is not PL training. This is meeting etiquette which we should describe somewhere.

FYI: OSI also contains a section about working together,.. We removed it from the current document, because it has no place in the standard. But we might should reuse this content here.
