The issue resolution process is only applicable to purchaseable standards in the classic domain. This needs to be removed for now until we have a clear method of differentiating between processes and standard types

Suggestion

Initiate a discussion on asam development processes: docs-as-code vs word as well as on standard types - purchaseable vs free/open
