Define and use term "ASAM office" consequently

Description

The term "ASAM office" is currently used both for the building AND the employees at ASAM. This is confusing since only context can give some hint at which meaning is relevant where. image

Suggestion

Define two distinct terms for the building and the employees at ASAM and udpate all pages respectively.
