Make ui-bundle external url

Description

Currently, the ui-bundle.zip is located locally and, therefore, must be updated per project individually. This means that, in the long run, every project at ASAM with Antora will have to update changes in the ui individually rather than centrally.

Suggestion

Move the ui-bundle to a central location at ASAM.

Also: Update the central ui to always render code in red (remove need for supplemental ui).
