Description

Add one or more pages on the topic of using Tags in ASAM projects. This must cover both the Proposal and the Standard repositories. In particular, this means also to update the respective template repository's README and link to the correct pages.

A first draft with content baseds on template repos created. This needs to be reviewed and possibly linked to on more pages in the Project Guide.
