ReportGUI waits for start of Esmini Viewer, even when it is not found #190

Describe the bug

Small issue.... after acknowledge the following information

The ReportGUI is showing the famous turning wheel mouse pointer indicating that it is waiting for the start-up of the viewer. It's possible to work anyway with the GUI, but with a weird mouse pointer.

Found on Windows.

Expected behavior

The GUI has detected that the viewer is not there. So, if there happens an error during start-up of the plugin, then the GUI should use this information.

Comment from @hoangtungdinh: This one we can tag them for the next iteration. It’s a minor issue. I think there might be a simple fix.
