Added map cleaning module #69

Simple module for cleaning tools, actually there's only tool for cleaning empty spawns, but I'm planning to add "remove unreachable tiles" feature in future.

Ahh, thanks. I've tried "previous" but it didn't work, forgot that it should be "prev". Will fix it in next pull.
