Header bar white area was very large in bigger desktop sizes. Set max-height on it and the avatar.
Added lots of comments to several profile pages and new functions
Other fixes:
Issue/Series submission should no longer have that delay after form submit. It should switch right back to the tab. It was because all of the variables and form submit var loops were being set in their own files, rather than in the head of add.php. Lesson learned, i suppose.
"Add Another" buttons work again! Refreshes the page and updates data from dB.
Fixed issue_condition var/field, and added missing var in Edit mode
Some styling issues resolved with Submit buttons moving around the forms. Should stay in place and display the spinner until the page reloads.
