This incorporates many of the modules listed in #95.

Changes:

• New home/Dashboard page!
• Displays much of the same info on the profile pages, just suited directly to the user.
• New Carousel featuring 5 random comics from user's collection
• User bar at the top of the page with links to profile page and add new buttons (soon to be on more pages)
• Quick Add - Adds a single issue to the users collection and skips the edit screen.
• Recent Releases - RSS feed from ComicVine that shows last 10 releases of the week
• Splash page - For unregistered/logged out users, home page will display splash page with single login button for current users.

Incomplete:

• Follower avatar bar in sidebar - Coming in next batch.
• User Feed - Waiting on implementation from @asanchez78
