Series and Issue display adjustments #83

Some fixes for column display in List view in all breakpoints. Columns should be more evenly spaced.

Also:

Added story name to list view in issues.php
Moved logo into navigation area so mobile menu button moves to upper right corner of site. Correct menu will also trigger at SM breakpoint
Adjusted breakpoint sizes to more closely match devices
Renamed _issues.scss to _logos.scss as they were the only styles left in that file
