5 years ago We need to start to work on integration of site http://www.clipparts.it (user: nunzio ; password: nunzio58 ) We need to estimate the amount of job and to start the integration of the site.
The user will use the site till the moment he will select the product he is interested with and he will get in monitor the following card:
Once he got it, user should be available to perform the following activities: 1) Check if the products exists in 1C (in this case it means it has been already managed by the user). This activties should be used clicking / selecting the "CODICE" in the sample is 5202GX (a kind of automatism should be created). The system should return 2 possibilities: 1) Products present in 1C. In this case the user will start to work on 1C normally (performing activities required like to do order, check warehouse and so on) 2) Products not present in 1C. In this case the system should ask automatically something like: "Products not present in 1C, do you want to create it?" with option "YES" or "NO"
by pressing "YES" the products should be created (we will work on devoloping a wizard".
The data to be filled automatically are: TAKEN FROM CLIPPARTS SITE:
- Product ID = CODICE (the same like "Codice Primario")
- CipParts code (new field to be created) = ClipParts code
- Additional Code (new field to be created) = Codice Aggiuntivo (not always present)
- Description = (CODICE) Decrizione _(can we mix these two parts?)
- Detailed Description = Descrizione
- Main sale price = Prezzo
A field we need to catch but hard to put (cause they put logo) is "PRODUCER"
FIELDS AUTOMATICALLY FILLED We have other fields that can be filled automatically with the following value: Unit of Measure = pcs Accounting Method (in main parameters): Weighted Average
IMPORTANT FIELD AT THE MOMENT NOT VALORIZED:
- Master SKU: this is a very important field for future cause it is the way products are linked and became alternative and in future it will be used for selection. It is a field not valorized in clipparts (I mean not shown) and trying to understand how it can be done. At the moment, we can leave it NULL
The costumer use the following site: http://www.clipparts.it (user: nunzio ; password: nunzio58 ) in order to select the right part. WE CANNOT INTEGRATE IT IN DRIVE cause too complicate, but we need to:
