something isn't right about mmcperf execution #12

Something about mmcperf execution has caused uninstall issues for at least 
two users. There is some information at http://n2.nabble.com/MMC-3-as-an-
installation-prerequisite-td2129146.html that might be relevant to 
addressing this issue.

This was being run during uninstall.
