TELEGRAM API #174

should be awesome to have all rest api commands available as telegram bot too, script can check telegram bot for message and process the requests accordingly.

i would do it, but its won't be available on npm, so i request you to do it !

@besoeasy It would make for a nice addition, indeed. Just to frame the issue, do you have any working code or are you requesting such a feature? If you would be interested in pushing it, just checking if @asapach would be interested in merging that, so you would be clear to work on it and send a PR to have it available on npm. Otherwise, you could fork the repo and create an Automated Build on Docker Hub based on your repo, as an alternative way of publishing it. HTH.

I am writing one in python basic structure of it is ready
