This fixes an issue with the broken TEP in data/outputs/TEPs/evd68-3C-protease.yaml, where url: can only contain a single URL (and not a Markdown list of multiple URLs).
I split the fragalysis entry and the PDB group deposition into separate entries and used the PDB group deposition date for both.
Ideally, we would change the protocol entry to link to a protocols.io protocol soon!
