Creating a installation package which installs the standalone EDC and any selected plugins
Plugins are:
Plugins should be selected if the package is found on the user's computer.
EDC should also be uninstallable (which removes the plugins as well)
Each plugin should call the single EDC install. There should only ever be one version of EDC on someone's computer.
