In this PR:

Change README.md to README.rst. GitHub renders both, but only ReST is render at PyPI.
LICENSE to LICENSE.txt. Let's be friendly with Windows users.
Avoid importing the package in setup.py.
Added more python versions to the classifiers. The package is tested against Python 3.4 and 3.5.
