Deal with depth for Hypoxia models results #24

Important variables (DO, salinity, temp) vary with depth.

@bnfish can we get a 'Depth Slider'? Vertical version of timeslider for now, placed on left side of map @brandonmayer can we add the elevation dimentions to the json?

@cgalvarino just realized that i needed to add min/max labels. working on that now

@kknee aren't we holding off on depth for now? I say we punt.

holding off for obs, i thought we decided to try it for model data. this depth slider would only apply to model for now. but yes, we're getting close to the wire, so can punt if need be. In that case, @bnfish a screen shot of what you just showed me would be great to have for next week's demo.

The rate determining step would be the model JSON. It would need to report depths so I would know what to do w/ the slider.
