updates sciwms colorscales to have more intervals

        ,'Chlorophyll concentration'          : 'pcolor_average_jet_0.01_15_50_Log'
        ,'ESPRESSO bottom temperature'        : 'pcolor_average_jet_0_30_60_False'
        ,'Satellite water temperature'        : 'pcolor_average_jet_5_32_54_False'

@cgalvarino wanted to get this in as a PR. I noticed there are some other changes on the server that might need to be added somewhere

@brianmckenna You already made these changes on prod right? If so, my latest commit included them.
