Before work can officially begin we'll need to form Milestones and Priorities so that we can monitor weekly status to identify scope to drop or scope to add on a weekly basis.

Great topic. Let's consider a mix of the proposal outline with your existing git topic hierarchy. I've reserved hours from many in-house and the couple contractors are waiting in the wings. Looking forward to updates from travel and getting M&P fleshed-out as much as possible for first spiral of work!
