Dashboard Layout changes #21

  1. [x] Remove header text - Real time buoy/sondes or Field monitoring station
  2. [x] Increase the gap between the station name and the guages
  3. [x] Reduce the gap between the guage title and the guage. Too much gap.
  4. [x] Add the marker info text below map - Click on any station to see more info. <Marker 1> - Real time in water staions <Marker 2> - Field samples
  5. [x] Reduce the font size of the card title by 1. And increase the font size of the actual values on the card
