CBIBS Stations show 2 "Salinity" Parameters - Change one to "Conductivity" and Add Units to Other #432

CBIBS stations are showing 2 salinity parameters. The one with units m-1 show be relabeled "Conductivity" The other is properly named Salinity, but needs units "PSU" added to the data

We still need PSU units added to salinity for this issue
