We discovered this while downloading vertical profile plot data. The labels are flipped and should be more descriptive. This is an area I have not tested much, so we may need to spend some time making sure downloaded data everywhere is labeled correctly (validation tool, timeseries plot, virtual station and traffic light layer lists, etc.)
