Does Oceans Map already have this functionality?: No Located where in OM?:

Notes: They need to know how waterlevel changes with wind (from predictions). Need to present observed vs predicted vs model. Perhaps this also belongs in Epic-Warnings. This will require time-series correlations between NWS wind, USGS stream gages, CO-OPS water levels observed & predicted, CO-OPS model currents

JH - Comparison of pure astronomical tide to model-generated tide and/or observed tide provides this. The model deviation from astronomical tide IS the effect of winds/rain. Do we have access to pure astronomical tides, which can be outputs from the prediction models?
