SCN9A I may have overlooked discussion about this. Say I place an offer for NFT on given marketplace. Tracking the algo put in escrow should be basic function?

Yes, you're absolutely right, offers are mostly being gathered, tho not yet implemented. I'm about to create an iossue.

EXA Market's offers are deployed.

Unfortunately, ALGOxNFT offers are recorded off-chain and we can't connect them with user accounts without their API.
