[Internal] Change transparency reports' group transaction links #907

We're expecting a response from all.info about their plans to implement group IDs in links and we'll act afterwards.

If there are no plans for implementation in the near future then those links will be manually converted to format:

https://allo.info/tx/{tx_id}/group

Allo.info has got group links in format /tx/group/{group_id}
